Baru habis baca novel yang bertajuk TWO WOMEN by MARTINA COLE. It's a good novel.. buku ini menceritakan tentang seorang perempuan bernama SUSAN DARLSTON dari East End.. Perempuan ini melalui liku hidup yang amat sukar.. Dibenci oleh ibunya (mak die jeles sebab ayah die suka die lebih dari mak die..ape punya mak ar).. Dirogol oleh ayah dia, diperlakukan dengan sesuka hati oleh seseorang yang bergelar suami.. bila dia dapat tau anak sulung yang paling dia sayang dirogol oleh suaminya, dia terus ambil keputusan untuk membunuh suami dia itu dengan memukul kepala suami dengan tukul besi berkali- kali..Memang baik sangat dia ini sebab even husband dia main kayu tiga, she still keep the house clean, give a healthy foods to all her children, keep loving her husband with all her life..Dia sanggup duduk dalam penjara hanya kerana tak nak semua orang tahu kenapa dia bunuh husband dia..Dia tak nak orang tahu yang anak dia dah kena rogol dengan ayahnya sendiri..Best sangat novel ni..Trylah baca okay.. Warna- warni



Ada orang tanya kenapa saya sukakan barangan yang berwarna- warni.. okey sekarang saya jawab persoalan anda.. saya sukakan barangan yang mempunyai pelbagai warna kerana ianya dapat menghiburkan hati saya ketika sedang bersedih.. ianya dapat menghiburkan saya ketika sedang bersendirian.. ianya dapat membuatkan diri saya unik.. dan warna2 tersebut dapat melambangkan diri saya sebagai seorang yang mempunyai pelbagai sifat bergantung kepada mood saya..

okey kat sini saya berikan contoh barangan saya yang berwarna- warni.. ia adalah alatulis yang sangat saya sayang.. walaupun kadangkala dakwat dah habis tapi saya tak suka buang sebab sayang sangat..(unless kalau dah terlampau banyaklah)..Pertama sekali adalah bekas pensil..saya memilih bekas pensil yang diperbuat dari bahan kain kerana ianya boleh diregangkan dan boleh memuatkan hampir kesemua alatulis saya..



Bekas pensil ini dibeli di Pasar pagi Perlis dengan harga RM4.00 sahaja.. Dapat tengok kan.. Bekas pensil je dah warna- warni.. Okey yang kedua adalah keychain.. saya suka beli keychain yang unik contohnya seperti ini.. Sebuah keychain berbentuk katak berwarna merah jambu.. barangan bermotifkan katak memang saya suka..(but please don't gimme the real one..i'm scared of it)..Keychain ini saya beli di Kedai Cenderahati Zhambala di Taman Sri Wang Fasa 2 Perlis..Kedai ini juga menggubah hantaran perkahwinan, Gubahan bunga dan ukiran buah- buahan..it's one of my favourite place to find unique keychain and gifts.. owh FYI keychain ini ada partner die..gambar katak juga tapi warna hijau.. but it's for my PAPA..


 

Okey sekarang saya akan tunjukkan alatulis saya.. untuk pengetahuan anda semua kesemua dakwat pen ini adalah berwarna biru.. Pen ini cuma berharga RM1.20 setiap satu keluaran Faster (Faster Ball Pen CX818 S-Fine BLUE)



Now for the highlights.. saya suka highlight setiap nota2 yang penting dengan menggunakan warna- warna terang supaya ketika hampir waktu peperiksaan, saya tidak akan terlepas pandang perkara2 penting tersebut..


Okey sekarang saya dah tunjukkan hampir kesemua alatulis saya.. ada lagi yang tak tunjuk but rasa yang lain tu lebih kurang dengan yang lain..dekat atas tadi saya dah mention kenapa saya suka pencil case dari bahan kain..sekarang inilah buktinya..



Ia akan jadi gemuk seperti ini setelah dimasukkan kesemua alatulis yang lain seperti stapler, pemadam, pembaris, calculator dan Pencil Lead..and it's done..!

mari mengira kalori

Ramai yang nak diet but tak tahu cara pemakanan yang betul.. Kadang2 kita dengar aku on diet..xleh makan nasi sebulan. Tapi kau melantak makan lauk yang berkalori tinggi tu apa cerita? Believe it or not berat saya pernah mencecah 60kg masa tahun 2005..betul nie tak tipu(sambil kelip2 mata konon2 innocent)but now in 2010 my weight is 49kg..nope..i don't take any diet pills yang kadang2 besar die cam ape..tapi effect die haram tak ada..apa yang saya buat adalah mengira jumlah kalori dengan tepat..bukan tepat sangatlah tapi lebih kurang..orang cakap kalau nak makan tu kau agak2 r berapa banyak yang kau dah makan..jangan sampai orang cakap mak mertua lalu belakang pun kau tak perasan..okay mula2 saya search kat google..cari pasal jumlah kalori makanan di Malaysia..lepas itu saya cari pasal jumlah kalori yang diperlukan sehari..nak diingatkan..jumlah kalori adalah berlainan mengikut umur dan jantina..

Kalori yang diperlukan adalah:
1. Lelaki
     20-39 = 2530
     40-49 = 2400
     50-60 = 2280
2. Perempuan
     20-39 = 2000
     40-49 = 1900
     50-60 = 1800

Saya dulu suka sangat makan nasi (2 cawan)+ ayam goreng + buah2an and kurang makan sayur..sarapan saya lebih suka amik mee goreng and makan malam nasi putih and lauk..minum petang pula saya ambil 3 potong kuih..dan kadangkala saya akan minum air berkarbonat sebotol tin sehari..
so mengikut pengiraan kalori(lebih kurang sama), saya makan:
-nasi = 260 kalori x 4kali = 1040 kalori
-ayam = 255 kalori x 2kali = 510 kalori
-sepotong buah tembikai = 20 kalori x 3 = 60 kalori
-kuih-muih = 170 kalori x 3 kali = 510 kalori
-mee goreng = 660 kalori
-minuman berkarbonat = 120 kalori
 so jumlah sehari saya makan = 1040 + 510 + 60 +510 + 660 +120 = 2900 kalori..
bayangkan saya mengambil sebanyak 2900 kalori sehari..pada usia 20an saya hanya memerlukan sebanyak 2000 kalori sehari..

Diet yang salah selalu terjadi dikalangan rakan saya..mereka menolak pengambilan nasi putih secara tiba2..ini hanya akan membuatkan tubuh anda menjadi lemah dan menggalakkan anda untuk memakan makanan yang berkalori tinggi dengan banyak..nasi putih adalah makanan ruji buat rakyat Malaysia..penolakan terhadap makanan ini secara tiba2 hanya akan membuat anda lemah..what a waste..jadi nasihat saya kiralah pengambilan kalori anda setiap hari..hadkan pemakanan anda..jangan mulakan sesuatu diet dengan drastik..and boleh mencuba mengambil hanya separuh daripada jumlah pemakanan anda seharian sebagai permulaan..dan lagi satu, bersenamlah setiap hari..pelajari kaedah senaman yang betul dari mereka yang berpengalaman..untuk kurus memang memerlukan pengorbanan..sehingga sekarang pun saya masih lagi mengamalkan tips2 diatas..okay dekat bawah ini saya letakkan beberapa jumlah kalori bagi setiap makanan..hitungkan jumlah pemakanan yang anda biasa ambil kemudian rancanglah diet anda sendiri..jangan lupa,setiap diet mesti mengandungi kesemua zat yang diperlukan oleh tubuh badan anda seperti karbohidrat,vitamin C,protein dan sebagainya..

Tips #1: Tips Turunkan Berat Badan

Given here are some easy and fast weight loss ideas: 

 
  • Make water your favorite drink. A person must have a minimum of 8 glasses of water in a day. Avoid taking soft drinks or carbonated beverages; moreover replace them with water. Water helps in reducing weight in the most effective manner.
  • Don't stuff yourself with food in a single sitting; instead have 5 to 6 small meals or snacks in a day. Eating several small meals helps the body to release less insulin, which keeps blood sugar steady and helps to control hunger.
  • Make a habit of walking. Instead of driving car to the nearby market, prefer walking down. Walking is more important for people in sedentary jobs. Walk for at least 45 minutes every day; it helps in burning extra calories.
  • Keep small plates for serving food because a study shows that the less food put in front of us, the less food we'll eat. So downsize your food plates and coffee mugs, and say goodbye to those extra calories.
  • Eat more vegetables during meals as water-rich foods like zucchini, tomatoes, and cucumbers reduce your overall calorie consumption. Some other water-rich foods include soups and salads; they are good source of nutrition.
  • Use vegetables to make hefty meals. Like pasta salad loaded with vegetables like broccoli, carrots, and tomatoes can be eaten twice. Same applies for stir-fries; add vegetables to make a fluffier omelet.
  • Avoid taking white foods as they contain large amounts of carbohydrates, which may further lead to weight gain. Replace white sugar, white rice, and white flour with whole grain breads and brown rice. 

  • Switch to ordinary coffee because coffee drinks at shops has extra calories, owing to whole milk, whipped cream, sugar, and sugary syrups. A cup of regular coffee, having skim milk brewed with good beans, tastes great and moreover has fewer calories.
  • Use skimmed milk as it is high in calcium and low in calories. For coffee, use nonfat powdered milk.
  • Prefer eating cereal for breakfast five days a week. Following this, you will consume more fiber and calcium, and less fat than those who eat other breakfast foods.
  • Prefer having meals at home. We're more likely to eat more - in fact, more high-fat, and high-calorie foods- when we eat out than eating at home.
  • Try to eat slowly and put your fork or spoon down after every bite. Drink water often and talk about your day with your partner. If you eat slowly, you would feel contended with your meal.
  • Eat only when your stomach wants food. Usually out of boredom, nervousness, habit, or frustration; many of us unnecessarily have food. If you want to have something specific, it's probably a craving, not hunger.
  • Prefer flavorings like hot sauce, salsa, and Cajun seasonings rather than butter and creamy or sugary sauces. These flavorings not only provide flavor with no fat and few calories, but the spicy ones also turn up digestive fires, causing your body to burn more calories.
  • Eat fruit rather than drinking fruit juice. Eating whole foods will keep you satisfied for longer period of time than juice. Moreover, fruit juices are very high in calories.
  • Eat equal portions of vegetables and grains at dinner. A cup of cooked rice or pasta has about 200 calories, while a cup of cooked veggies has just 50 calories. This will help to avoid a grain calorie overload, and high-fiber veggies will help satisfying your hunger. 


  • After every two hours, get up and walk around the office or your home for five minutes. A brisk five-minute walk after every two hours will you're your body active.
  • Once a week, make a habit of washing something thoroughly - could be floor, windows, shower cabin, bathroom tiles, car, etc. It helps in burning out about four calories for every minute spent in cleaning.
  • Take a walk before dinner and it'll not only burn calories, but also cut down your appetite.
  • Prefer not eating with a large group as we tend to eat more when we eat with other people, probably because we spend more time at the table. When eating in groups take a note of time and leave the plate, as and when you have had enough.
  • Skip watching TV for an hour and go for a walk instead. Or else, you have now time to finish your domestic chores.
  • Take most of the calories before noon because studies tell that the more you eat in the morning, the less you'll eat in the evening. Moreover, you will get more chances to burn off those early-day calories than late-night calories.
  • Order alcohol by the glass, not the bottle. This way, you'll be more aware of how much alcohol you're intaking. Alcohol is high in calories, however moderate drinking can be good for your health.
  • Stock your refrigerator with low-fat yogurt. Cut down 500 calories a day from your diet and eat yogurt three times a day for 12 weeks. It will help you lose more weight and body fat.

tak sabar rasa hati nak pergi Terengganu..actually ada wedding my cousin weekend nie..umm kita dah mention before this kan?kalau perasanlah..dalam banyak2 tempat kat Malaysia ni, rasanya Terengganu jer tempat yang belum pernah pergi lagi..hmmm cepatlah masa berlalu...

sakitnya hati

geram sangat2 dengan pengurusan bus uitm perlis ni yang kadang bukan setakat tak ikut time..tapi tak ada bus langsung..bertimbang rasalah sikit para driver bus uitm.takkan xsedar yang kami2 nie semua da hampir tiap2 petang balik jalan kaki yang kita rasa dekat nak 2km tu..bayangkanlah..kelas abis pukul 4.30..tunggu setengah jam xmuncul2...balik pukul 5 pm...matahari tengah terik lagi..kaki nie rasa cam xpakai apa2..cam da pijak atas tar jalan jerk..sampai bila nak macam ni?dahlah hari tu sepatutnya efi ada kelas pukul 10.00 and i'm planning to take a bus on 9.30am..but nak tau what happen?bus datang pukul 10.15am..i'm late for about half an hour..dah lah kelas sejam..lau ikutkan hati yang tengah panas tunggu bawah matahari terik and mata yang still mengantuk walaupun da pukul 10, nak je patah balik rumah..tapi disebabkan kelas akaun, memang bukan terpaksa..tapi kena datang jugak sebab that's my favourite class ever..and thanx goodness to Puan Nana sebab faham keadaan kami bertiga yang datang lambat hari tu..petang tadi bus buat hal lagi..i mean driver bus buat hal lagi..masuk kali ni da 4 kali bus pukul 4.30pm tak ada...geram tahap cipan sakit perut dah ni..kalau memang betul bus tak ada tak apa jugak..maybe kiteorang salah tengok jadual bus..but kadang2 bus 4.30 ada kadang2 tak ada..lau ada buatlah betul2 and lau tak ada inform awal2...jangan main2...esok plan pas abis kelas pagi nak pergi HEP..nak wat aduan kat those yang uruskan pelajar NR..hopefully dieorang semua faham..bukan sorang 2 orang yang kena tapi tadi kira da boleh buat 1 bus..tolonglah UiTM PERLIS..fahamlah sikit keadaan orang2 yang tak mampu nak sediakan transport sendiri ni..jangan makan gaji buta please..and jangan pentingkan diri..jadual yang pihak anda sediakan tu tolong patuh...

tidak semua yang kita inginkan boleh dicapai dengan mudah

kelas- kelas yang menuntun kudrat yang kurang bertenaga sejak akhir- akhir ini memang mencabar diri..apa taknya..dengan formula- formula yang berlambak..format yang harus dihafal dalam kepala..assignment yang teramat banyak..sometimes my lecturer will giving us a test or quizzes..memang mencabar..makin hari kerumitan itu makin terasa..akan tetapi ia takkan memadamkan semangatku untuk terus berjuang dan berjuang untuk mencapai apa yang di cita2kan dalam hidup..pointer harus dinaikkan..assignment harus disiapkan sepenuhnya...test dan kuiz tidak harus dipandang remeh kerana markah yang baik akan membantu dalam keputusan final exam nanti..memang betul kata orang..kita harus menyudahkan apa yang telah dimulakan...walaupun untuk mendapat kesudahan yang baik, kita harus cekal, gigih dan terus berusaha demi mendapatkan keputusan yang bagus dan dapat membanggakan ibu dan ayah..jika semangat kita dirasakan luntur, segeralah berdoa kepada ALLAH agar ditetapkan hati, iman dan tujuan kita menghadapi hidup ini..segeralah kita mengenang susah payah keluarga kita untuk meletakkan kita setaraf dengan golongan bijak pandai yang lain..bukan mudah untuk mendapat peluang menjejakkan kaki di universiti kerana ramai lagi yang dirasakan layak tapi kurang bernasib baik seperti kita..oleh itu ktia harus sentiasa bekerja keras untuk mencapai segala yang di inginkan..ingatlah..usaha itu tangga kejayaan...tidak semua kesusahan akan berakhir dengan kegagalan dan tidak semestinya sekali gagal, untuk selamanya kita akan gagal..

tolonglah jangan memilih sangat

nowadays ramai yang dapat peluang kerja tapi tak nak bekerja..alasan?gaji sikitlah..jauh dengan rumahlah..tak ada transportlah..and so on..rungutan ini memang selalu kita dengar di sekeliling kita..pada saya...kenapa kita nak memilih bila tawaran dah datang depan mata..mungkinkah apa yang kita kejar akan datang pada kita dengan mudah..bersyukurlah wahai kawan..ramai lagi yang memerlukan pekerjaan buat masa sekarang..jangan kita mengejar apa yang kita xmampu capai...bak kata orang..yang dikejar tak dapat yang digendong berciciran..fikirlah..jangan terlampau berharap..

Isnin - i love monday because i only have 1 hour class on this day..10 to 11am..yang bestnye pergi balik for sure ada bus yang da tunggu..n biasanya fi akan online using my aunt laptop on this day straight sampai petang..

Selasa - xberapa best sebab ade kelas kul 8 pagi sampai kul 10...pastu ade plak kelas kul 2.30 sampai 4.30...ish ish ish...this day will be a tired day for me i think..because pepagi buta da kena bangun...walaupun memang selalu bangun pukul 6am but still..its was a tired day..masuk kelas dengan muka xsempat nak sarapan..siap bawak bekal roti ngan air kosong..pastu kat dalam kelas plak 30minit pertama muka semangat nak study..30minit kedua muka ngantuk tersengguk-sengguk 30minit kedua muka bengang kena sound ngan lecturer and terus wat muka serius konon paham ape yang die dok ajar kat depan and last but not least 30minit terakhir muka xsabar nak balik..emm balik jalan kaki taw sampai umah sebab bus ade pukul 11.30 jerk...harapanlah aku tunggu..petang plak ngan redah terik matahari gi tunggu bus yang jani pukul 2pm tapi kul 2.20 baru sampai..bus nie time org datang awal die lambat plak sampai..org datang lambat die da tinggalkan kite...busuk punya pakcik..balik umah sure lepak giler and malam tu tido xingat dunia...
Rabu - kurang best sebab ada 1 jam kelas jerk..kul 10-11am pastu tetiba ada plak kelas pukul 2.30-3.30..sabar jerklah..

Khamis - nie lagi haru...sepanjang hari xde kelas tetiba kul 3.30-4.30 muncul plak kelas sejam..adoilah...

Jumaat, Sabtu and Ahad - Hari yang ceria..!!(iklan rabena jap)dulu2 ibu saya cakap saya suka minum air nie..saya panggil air kesihatan..(diamlah..!!)back to the story..3 hari nie hari untuk menyiapkan semua assignment for next week and lau terlebih rajin,dinding umah nie penuhlah dengan notes yang cam budak tadika..berwarna warni..siap ada mind mapping...lau rajin sangatlah..tapi setakat nie da dekat sebulan masuk kelas baru ade 2helai jerk mind map..haha...hari Ahad agak kureng rajin sebab da xde keja nak buat..so i just pick 1 english novel from my aunt's book rack kat bilik belakang sekali..and baca sampai nak muntah..haritu baru jerk habiskan 1 buku..TAJUK: EMILY OF NEW MOON..best jugak buku nie..kisah seorang budak perempuan nama EMILY BYRD STARR yang kehilangan ibu masa umur 4tahun and kehilangan ayah masa umur 10tahun...mula2 sedih but lama2 best...trylah baca...rite now ngah nak habiskan novel tajuk TWO WOMEN...yang nie pasal 2 org perempuan dalam lingkungan umur 30-40 yang kena masuk penjara...one of them nama Sue Darlston..die kena tangkap sebab bunuh husband die..life die before kahwin penuh ngan duka lara..hate by her mom..been abused by her dad..ayah die nie memang kejam..die raped anak sendiri berkali2..her mom know bout this but diamkan diri jerk..sebab die benci anak die kan..anak die lagi sorang nama Debbie yang selalu dapat perhatian lebih from her parents'..but still..she loves her sister very much..
