Pesan Cik Effie: Start from tomorrow (10/01/2011) no more rice in my diet menu..Just ambil lauk macam first time diet dulu plus buah-buahan sebagai pengganti makanan berat..Dulu dah diet and dah berjaya but lupa diri, itu yang naik balik tu..Okay right now berat badan dah cecah 54kg but my height is only 1.54 m..Okay agak gemuk..Dah r pendek..Gemuk lak tu..Dah r tak lawa..Gedik lak tu..Hah!!cukup!Start your diet program now! Aie, can you help me?Hahha tetibe!
